I started my second Central Park Hoodie this afternoon. I am making it in a nice neutral shade since I found myself literally living in the sangria colored one last year. I'm using Berroco's Comfort in colors #9701 Ecru (main color) & #9745 Filbert (accent color). This yarn is knitting up with great stitch definition & memory. You can stretch the mess out of the piece & it snaps right back to the original shape. I am liking this very much.
I decided I wanted a more nautical feel to this one since I am a beach dwelling gal. To see what pattern is inspiring my edge stripe sizing & placing, check out the Rebecca issue 33. It's the sleeveless pattern #5 Slipover with Cables (the second photo in the link.) I'll download a photo of the work in progress tomorrow .

Ahoy there! CPH2 is going to be gorgeous in those sandy colors. All the seaming and the hood and button bands have scared me away from CPH.
Ahhhh she lives and breathes! Glad to hear you started CPH2. I knew you'd enjoy that yarn. I think that is what made me enjoy knitting the first Koolhaus hat. Anyway, you'll be styling in Rhinebeck!
That is lovely-lovely-lovely-
thanks also for your "professional" words on my farmer's market pix. You regularly type in the comment I most wish to hear!
Congrats on starting CPH2. It looks great so far. You are inspiring me to pick mine up and actually finish it, since I know I will live in it next fall, just like you did to your first one. I love the color ideas you have.
