I was lost, but found my way out in the nick of time. I am back to blogland safe & sound. My sis Deborah is having a cool contest. Here's her plight:
Now I have a question for all you lace knitters. How should I go about blocking this baby? Do I dunk it in water and then pin the heck out of it and let it dry? Do I pin the heck out of it and steam block it. How do I handle blocking the whole thing at once considering the finished length? Being this is my first lace project, I have no idea what is the best thing to do. Help!
Leave me a comment with some advice for my current predicament and you'll be entered in My First Contest. Even if you never knitted with lace, I'm sure you could come up with some sort of creative solution and if not you'll still get entered just for commenting. This contest does not discriminate - all advice (whether sound or not; even funny) will be accepted as an entry.
So click on over there & help her out...you could win an awesome prize for the helpful (or not so helpful, whatever) advice!
I'll be back later with all my knitting updates. I have been busy.

I've been wondering where you were. Decompressing from the prom, no doubt.
I've been MIA in blogland too. Hope all is well. I entered Deborah's contest.
I forgot that you were buried under the Tax Monster! Loved your suggestion about the blocking. I giggled real hard about "Running along to Home Dept". It's a great idea though!
